These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by Capital Silver Line Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
When you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in via our consultation form, contact form, or written request, you consent to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from Capital Silver Line Consulting regarding lending consultations, appointment reminders, application status, and promotional offers.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to several messages per week related to an active engagement.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. Capital Silver Line Consulting is not responsible for any charges incurred by receiving our text messages.
Opt-out instructions
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, sign up as you did the first time.

Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use of your data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may modify or cancel our SMS program at any time. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
